Myopic Visionaries by Dr. Bernice B. Rumala Myopic Visionaries is a term coined by Dr. Bernice Rumala and subsequently mentioned by her in a 2014 television interview. Myopic visionaries definition – An individual or groups of people with limited and short-sighted vision. Often times the bigger picture is not seen with myopic visionaries due to limitations in the individual’s or group’s perceptions and experiences. Limited vision can lead to challenges in strategic planning and charting road maps towards future next steps. However, this challenge can be overcome so that one transitions from a myopic visionary to the bigger picture of limitless possibilities. My work has involved myopic visionary conversion towards transformation and solutions.
